Tania A. Baker obtained her training in biochemistry with Dr. Kornberg at Stanford University. She is the E.C. Whitehead Professor of Biology at Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Investigator at the Howard Hughes Medical Institute. She is also a co-author of the internationally best selling text, Molecular Biology of the Gene, Fifth Edition.
