In Chapter 2, on page 14, in Figure 2-1, the N3 of cytosine should not have a proton

In Chapter 2, on page 33, in Table 2.1, the G+.C should be G.C+

In Chapter 2, on page 38, in Figure 2-16, the bottom right side figure should be of a G-Arg interaction; the adenine should be changed to a guanine.

In Chapter 5, on page 122, the CG pair is missing a hydrogen bond

In Chapter 5, on page 125, on lines 3 and 5 of the Figure caption, H2 should be H2″
